Half Day trips are 3 hours with a 9 AM or 1 PM start time.
Full Day trips are typically 5-7 hours with your choice of a start time as early as 9 AM. When you book with us, you are the only group reserving the jeep and driver/guide for that calendar date so your day is completely custom and private.
We've had guests from the age of 7 months old to 89 years young. We have the options for a wide range of activities and our guides can customize the perfect day based on your desires, interests and abilities. We do not offer car seats.

This is a U.S. Territory. The Virgin Island uses AT&T and Sprint towers and those are our main carriers here. Feel free to message us or call us if you have any questions. If you have Verizon or T-Mobile, check with your provider before traveling. You can also text or email us with WiFi found in port and on your ship.
Since all reservations with us are private and each day devoted to only one group, we are only able to offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of your tour in order to prevent calendar blocks . If your cruise ship has been rerouted we will be able to verify that via Port Authority and a full refund will be issued. Please note that through our third party processor refunds may take 5-30 days to process depending on your bank.

All tours, deals and specials are subject to availability and do not include transportation costs unless specified. You will receive confirmation of your selections by email. If requested, agents may send confirmation via telephone or fax.
With some exceptions, Virgin Island tours and activities may be changed if requested 48 hours in advance of the start time. Changes in compliance with our policy will be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability. IslandBuddy and its staff members, tour guides and representatives reserve the right to alter pick up and drop off times based on their discretion. IslandBuddy and its staff members, tour guides and representatives reserve the right to terminate tours based on unfavorable conditions ex. severe weather, incoherent/rowdy guests, mechanical failures, etc.
Most tours are 100% private and certain tours and excursions operate with a minimum/maximum amount of availability of participants. For this reason, there is a 48 hour notice of cancellation policy for refund privileges.
“No shows” or failure to cancel a tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the tour or activity. Please plan accordingly to arrange your arrival early enough for the excursion, tour, deal or special booked. In the event an activity or deal is canceled within the appropriate time frame and IslandBuddy and/or its affiliates are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund to your payment method. Please allow 5-30 days for refunds to be reflected on your account statement.
Notification of a cancellation must be received by IslandBuddy, 48 hours before the activity, tour, special or deal is to begin.
